The heat of the panini press helps the banana stand up to the flavors of chunky peanut butter and sweet wild honey. I like to add a pinch of salt. Yum with a capital Y.
We’re taking a quick trip south for the long weekend! Have a good one!
Update: The honey jar is by Alder + Co.

Hi. Love your blog and this post. This panini looks incredibly delicious.
My new blog was nominated the last week of the Circle of Moms top 25 humor blog contest. During that time I was tagged in a blogger game and since I enjoyed your blog I have tagged you and you can decide to play or not. No big deal I just wanted to list your site for other bloggers to see. Here is my post from today for the blogger game where I list your blog – http://thehoneypiedialogues.blogspot.com
Have a wonderful weekend! Paula
dude! you are a food blogger in the making. the food, the pictures. yum.
Thanks, Bridget!
Hmmm! This is one combo I haven’t tried? Will have to give it a go – peanut butter isn’t a common sandwich filling in the UK although most supermarkets stock it! Intriguing…..
