The last time Aron and I were in Tilden Park–a beautiful, expansive park in the hills of Berkeley, California–was for a friend’s wedding. However, I always remember my first visit, when my friend Nora and I were walking along paths that were streaked red on either side with millions of ladybugs. It was mating season and I could hardly believe my eyes.
I hadn’t thought about the place in a while, but the other day I came across this little video on Jamie’s blog. There’s a miniature steam train in the park that takes you on a ride through the forest. How wonderful!
