When Hudson was just ten days old, we took him to the Highline, one of our favorite spots in the city. My parents were in town, so we all met up for gelato and a sunset stroll.
It took two cabs and a little coordination at the time, but it felt so good to be back out that evening. Since then, we’ve introduced Hudson to brunch at Public, to Ryan Gosling at our favorite neighborhood movie theatre, to Sungold tomatoes city greenmarkets, and much more.

I love that he got to enjoy the city so early on! Is that an Uppababy stroller or a Bugaboo? We're going back and forth between the two and I'd love to know what you think of yours.

It's the bugaboo bee (their travel stroller) and so far we're very happy! It's light and folds easily and we've attached the maxi cosi infant seat (borrowed). We've heard great things about both, but we liked the weight combined with adjustable handle heights from bugaboo. Good luck!

Awww… I love that you all are taking him out and about already! So many people seem homebound with newborns (one of my biggest fears!) so you two (three!) are so inspiring.
