Your post is so lovely. I have also always considered the actual wedding ceremony to be almost an afterthought, as simply a way to celebrate a decision already made. I love hearing how your views changed when you actually stood across from each other–maybe mine will too!

Wow, that photo is absolutely stunning. It reminds me of the scenery from Forrest Gump – and I mean that in the most wonderful of ways! The lone, big tree, open grassy meadow. Wow. I'm in awe. Couldn't wish for anything more for my day…
