Tomorrow is the third anniversary of our wedding!
When we were first preparing to celebrate our wedding anniversary, we debated whether we should recognize the date or day of our wedding. We were married on the 12th of May. It was a Saturday; but the whole, wonderful thing really dominated a weekend–so isn’t it a bit strange to celebrate on, say, a Wednesday? Of course, it would also seem really strange to let the 12th pass without a nod. So: date or day? We were unable to decide.
In typical fashion, we celebrate both.
This year, for the day, we spent the second Saturday of May in the town of Hudson as part of an overnight getaway (more on that later). But we have some special plans for tomorrow as well!

Happy Anniversary! The longer the better!
i've never thought of celebrating the Day! We always go with the date.
We still have two anniversaries though…we always celebrate the date of our very first date, prob more so than the wedding day!

Happy Anniversary guys, look forward to seeing you soon! I have to say celebrating whenever you can is the best way to go.
Happy Anniversary from a UC Berkeley alumnus. I think you have a very interesting blog here. I found you via Sherri from Postcards and Coasters.
I just celebrated my anniversary on the 2nd. We went to Chicago with my parents and at dinner my father toasted us and said "to a very special day" and my sweet husband said "to every single one of them". It has really got me to thinking of celebrating every day in some little and special way. Congratulations!
Happy Anniversary!
Celebrate both – as much as you can! Congrats and cheers to many, many more!
Happy Anniversary…celebrate as many times as humanly possible, that's my philosophy.

what a great blog… so neat to see a hubby and wife team blogging together. i would love if my hubby would blog with me. but he does not quite get the whole blogging thing… he enjoys reading mine, and that is about where it ends.
but he knows how passionate i am about them, and he is all for me doing it to my heart's content.
scrolling through your blog, you seem like such an interesting couple that loves life and adventure. that is awesome! although i don't know you, i wish you a {slightly belated} happy wedding anniversary and life together. keep up the inspiration! so much fun to see.
Thank you, Georgia! It's been a fun a fun project to have together–I can see, though, where the appeal is hard to grasp until you start doing it and get, er, addicted…
